Wampie is a specialized family law attorney, collaborative divorce attorney and mediator in divorce cases, modification of existing alimony and parenting arrangements and she assists clients at the start of a marriage or registered partnership in drafting appropriate prenuptial/partnership agreements. She works primarily with clients who are entrepreneurs or busy professionals, or their partners. She has the most feeling with them. Clients who have commitment to settle a divorce or other conflict properly. That requires commitment and investment of time and energy.
In 2013 she won the VOPD (Female Entrepreneur Award Drechtsteden). The jury particularly praised her innovative and child-oriented services within the legal profession, seeking alternatives to litigation.
In January 2023, Wampie joined Uiteen. She conducts her practice in a beautiful office space at the address Heemraadssingel 111 in Rotterdam. Wampie also has space available in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht.
Her favorite quote is “Assumptions are the source of all misunderstandings.” Properly probing the motivations and interests under positions is the way to an appropriate solution in her experience. Her hero is Loes Gijbels, a former family lawyer who was initially the number one litigator in the Netherlands in family law for many years. Sometimes she could give people such insight with just one conversation that as a result a divorce was averted.

In 2015, Wampie wrote an article in the Divorce Bulletin (EB 2015/24) about practical tools to support a child in a divorce.
She also contributed to an article in the January 2018 Lawyer’s Journal about the family lawyer; the divorce specialist new style for the whole family.
Wampie has registered the area of family law in the Register of Jurisdictions of the Dutch Bar Association. This registration requires her to obtain ten training points in each registered area of law each calendar year according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association. In addition, based on her membership of the vFas, she also obtains annual points in the area of mediation skills and intervision.
